AMD isn’t stopping anytime soon. One of the finest makers of both CPU and GPU, it’s found beating Intel in both core count and efficiency levels with its new Threadripper 3970x, and now it’s all set to introduce such chips at the 2020 CES event. The report read about AMD holding a pre-event of a press conference regarding the CES event 2020, where the company reveals its future plans and products that’ll be displayed in the event.

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3990x
Ryzen Threadripper 3990x, which will be the new flagship from AMD if launched at the event. This processor was teased back in November and could be announced formally now. This high-end desktop CPU poses 64 cores with 128 threads. Further, it will have a number of PCIe lanes, a cache memory of 288MB and a 280W TDP. Its performance could put Intel’s and Nvidia’s flagships to shame once launched.
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3980x
A slight stripped variant of Threadripper 3990x, where it contains 48 cores with 96 threads and have numerous other flagship features.
AMD Ryzen 4000 Renoir Series
This bunch of mobility processors, named Ryzen 4000 Renoir is of APUs. This new setup will shift the company’s mobile processors onto the new 7nm Zen 2 paths. The recently teased Radeon Zen 3, RX 5600 XT and RX Navi processors are too expected to be unveiled at the event.
